Delivery, Pickup, and Shipping

Local Deliveries: Doorstep delivery is available at no charge to select zip codes on Wednesdays and Sundays, unless otherwise noted. Eligible Zip codes in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, Eagle Rock, and San Marino are:

9110191102, 91104, 91105, 91106, 91108, 91109, 91110, 91125, 91030, 91031, 91001, 90041, and 90042.

Pickup: Free pickup is available at our Pasadena showroom Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. To arrange a pickup, please email info@mesmermesmer.com at least a day in advance.

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship only within the United States.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Exchange Window: Non‑discounted items may be exchanged within 7 business days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, with tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchange Only: We currently offer exchanges only (no refunds).

Returns: Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email info@mesmermesmer.com to receive a return authorization code and receive further instructions.

Gifts: Special consideration is available for gift purchases. Please email info@mesmermesmer.com with your questions at the time of purchase.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Discounted items

  • Special orders & made-to-order goods

  • Skincare, cosmetics, body care, and soaps

  • Fragrance

  • Altered items

  • Candles

  • Jewelry (special consideration is given for gifts — email us at info@mesmermesmer.com for questions)

Special Orders/Made-to-Order

We are happy to accommodate special orders when possible with a 50% deposit.

  • All special orders are final sale.

  • Orders cannot be canceled and deposits cannot be refunded.

We love connecting with our community, both in person and virtually.

Showroom Appointments: For in‑person showroom visits in Pasadena, please email info@mesmermesmer.com to schedule an appointment.

Virtual Shopping: If you prefer to shop from home, we can arrange a time that works for you over Zoom or FaceTime. Please email info@mesmermesmer.com to set up an appointment.
